Dr Kathryn Medynski is an experienced general practitioner with a broad range of interests and specialities. Dr Kathryn (otherwise known as Katya) graduated from the University of New South Wales with degrees in medicine & surgery (honours).  After extensive rotations at Wollongong Hospital and the Sydney Children's Hospital (Randwick) she completed a Diploma of Paediatrics through the University of New South Wales.

 

She is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners and has completed a Certificate in Sexual Health & Family Planning.  Katya enjoys all aspects of general practice, is accredited to provide antenatal shared care and has a special interest in Women & Children’s Health.  She also has an interest in travel medicine and preventative care.

 

Katya has significant experience in mental health, youth health and migrant health.
